EDSA was established in 1999 and, at the beginning, it started conducting business as a software factory. Over time it has developed other business units that today allow it to be an information solutions integrating company that offers: IT Services (Developments under Different Technologies), Help Desk, Hosting, Database Management and Quality Assessment, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) (Contact and Call Center, Inside Sales, Administrative Processes), Knowledge Management and Graphic Design , among others.

EDSA serves clients in 13 countries (USA, Canada, Taiwan and ten Latin American countries) in Spanish, Portuguese and English. To render its services EDSA has an interdisciplinary team made up of 65 professionals in the areas of IT, Finance, Accounting and Graphic Design, who have both functional and technical experience, ensuring the attainment of balanced solutions in terms of satisfaction and efficiency.

EDSA's turnover for the past year was USD 2,000,000.
